This was by far the best dentist experience I've ever had. Every single detail had me in awe. It was a nice calm and relaxing atmosphere. As someone who avoids the dentist due to fear and previous painful experiences, this completely turned it around for me. I already booked my next appt! Every staff member was warm and friendly. I can't wait to go back:)
Okay, now this is hospitality!!! I got an appointment for a cleaning the same day. I walked in and was greeted with a smile and that is not often. I didnt have to provide my insurance or tdl card for the front desk because they already had everything they needed. I sign my consent forms electronically and took a selfie. I didnt wait even 5 minutes and I was escorted to take my first set of xrays. I got to my room and Victoria asked me what I wanted to watch on tv. I was cold and she went and got a blanket for me. Wow! This is top of the line dentistry and customer service. Dr. Angie came in and gave me a consult of my teeth and then the hygienist, Jenny came for my cleaning.... read full review
The doctors are really great and patient with my kids it was a positive experience and what I like the most the work hours for the clinic that I can take the kids after they come back from school.
