Stopped going here because the lady that did my brows last time was rude. I also have a septum and wanted my upper lip done but she kept telling me I had to flip it up (no one’s ever told me that before) and it was just a mess.Service: Eyebrow threading

Got eyelash extensions Friday afternoon and they fell out by that evening. Don't waste your money here. I've never had any issues with the store in Katy. I will only go there from now on.

Arrived at 7:39 to get my eyebrows threaded and was turned away. The lady was nasty & rude. I told her it isn't 8 p.m. and she said, "I close at 8." It is 7:39 and I understand not being able to do the individual lashes, but it is UNACCEPTABLE to turn a customer around when you still have over 20 minutes on the clock. I also tried getting the manager's information and she wouldn't give it to me. She told me to look online...smh. This was my very first time coming and will not return.
