The spa is known for its clean and comfortable environment, and the pleasant and professional demeanor of its team, including Afsha and Sania. Clients appreciate the complimentary consultations outlining price, expectations, and pre/post-care. The location in Richmond is a draw for clients from Downtown Houston. While some clients have noticed an increase in noise levels, they still appreciate the personalized care and expertise of the staff, particularly Anna and Sania.
