They did an awesome job on a dress for a holiday party and the zipper on a pair of pant. The only thing I didnt enjoy was the needle and three stick pins still left in my dress when I tried it on after alterations were done.

Dropped off my jeans to get hemmed. They gave me a couple days but I told them I was in no rush so they were very appreciative that I was giving them more time. I did measure and pin the hem myself so they didn't double check the measurements. It worked out. Under $18 for 1 pair of jeans hemmed. They're friendly but busy ladies. No complaints!

I’m so lucky I found Joann. I frantically needed a suit tailored for an event that was the next day. To my surprise,Joan was able to accommodate me even if it meant her staying late! She will go out of her way to satisfy her customers. Not to mention her work is 2nd to none!! I’ve had multiple tailors in my life and she beats allllll of them by FAR! Her work is amazing and the suit fit me like a glove. I received so many complaints at my event and I owe it all to Joann. Btw I never leave commits but she deserved every bit of this and is the least I can do!!
