I had an awesome experience with the service—everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. My cat, Cleopatra, went from being distressed to calm as soon as we arrived. The staff made me feel comfortable right from the moment I was greeted until we left. WOW! Dr. Cynthia Estrade took the time to explain everything to me as if Cleopatra were her own cat. I highly recommend this place to everyone; they truly know what they are doing!
ALL of the staff at this vet clinic are so friendly and super patient with my dog, Luna! She is a handful and they absolutely do all they can to make her feel comfortable and loved! Thank you for being so good to my girl!
We have been coming to this location since we lived in the Rio Vista subdivision. We live in katy and still make the drive if our animals are not feeling well. They do everything possible to make sure our animals feel better and our wallet isn't hurting either.
