We care deeply for your personal satisfaction, so our employees compensation is based on our "Pay For Performance model." After each maid service, we'll simply ask you to rate how your two maids did on a scale of 1-10. This rating will directly influence the level of compensation they receive, so you get a great clean each time. You can remain in your home or leave us to get to it! We'll always bring our own professional-grade supplies.
