Paul with HR Phoenix is extremely knowledgeable about backup generators (that's what I was looking into). He knew exactly what we needed and was able to lay out an installation plan immediately. Communication with them was great and accurate. I look forward to working with them in the future!
HR Phoenix Electrical stands way above my experience with contractors. They are the very best as to customer service and communication. This is especially true for women where their safety is concerned! They not only text in advance their pending arrival but they email a picture of the technician coming. In today's world, that is huge!!!
Brian came on time and determined the work to be done. Within a short period of time, a full estimate of the work needed to be done and the cost were emailed to me. I really like this company, their employees and the way they handle business.!!!
