Our Tech Guillermo arrived early in our appointment window and was able to identify the issue promptly. The repair was done quickly and efficiently. I would ask for Guillermo if service was needed again.

Service rep seemed like he wished he was somewhere else, he did check a few things then he advised that this type Whirlpool Refrigerator are noise and that is how it is. He forgot to take frig out of service mode. I got him to fix that
