Today’s visit was not like what I expected but worth it. Long story short, I heard some knocking and assumed it was the shocks. I needed to get my inspection done but knew knocking wouldn’t help.Got with Kyle late in the day, dude was super open availability and the lack of rental cars but transparency is everything to me. I left my car and had to find my own way for a couple days ?Kyle kept me up to date with text with status of my car and the mechanic.Time to pay up, Kyle was great when it came to the financial aspect of it and even opened up options as far as payment options. Made the appointment online super easy running a little late for the appointment called him. No problem! wasn’t sure how long it would take, but they far exceeded my expectation by having the truck ready under two hours. I had a doctor appointment after that but still had plenty of time to come back and pick up my truck because they’re open till 7 PM.
AutoNation got me in and out in a reasonable time handling my express oil change and 4 wheel alignment, and they also cleaned the outside of my car really well. I really appreciate the nice service advisor for updating me on the progress of my car! Thanks AutoNation for a great job!
