The course was easy to complete and did provide good informationAbove all however, is the customer service. They were extremely helpful and quick to answer at any time. They were honestly pleasant to talk to.

I’ve taken this course twice now and it is by far the best and least painful way to complete a DD course, ESPECIALLY, when you choose the upgrade to the video upgrade option!! What also surprised me is how they keep the content up to date and fresh. Even though I’ve taken this course twice, I was pleased to see that a large quantity of the content had changed so I wasn’t forced to sit through exactly the same course with the exact same content. It was new and made taking the course for a second time more interesting and diverse! while the course was well done, I was most pleased w the customer support I received, Kevin was outstanding!!! He was very patient, making sure I understood everything, professional and conveyed a sense of caring about my concerns and how to be successful w the course. YEAH,KEVIN!!
