Whatever I type here will probably not be enough to express how thankful I am for the ladies who make appointments for this company. My gas was turned off because of a leak and I was desperately trying to find a plumber because I needed heat in my home with our below freezing temps. I'd already had 3 plumbers out who didn't help and I was exhausted and discouraged. I scheduled with this company for the next day (earliest appointment) but then ended up using a prior company (long story). These ladies told me to make sure my gas was back on before cancelling my appointment with them. Out of everyone I talked to, they really cared. I would hire this company based solely on my interactions with them. Thank you so much! It really meant a lot!

Our house sustained a fire and Metroplex CC&R (Service Masters) came in to help. They & their teams cleaned our home furnishings, took away and cleaned away our attic items, purified the air via fans & treatment, cleaned the carpets, & took away and cleaned emergency clothing. They did a fantastic job and we were very impressed. Staff were available, reliable, responsive and super professional. We highly recommend Metroplex CC&R (Service Masters)!

, Although the business was closed mid-afternoon on Sunday, Jeff Prewitt answered my voice mail immediately. When I lost power to several outlets several days during the week, I flipped several switches, the master GFI, and made the mistake of flipping the master switch turning off all my electricity. Jeff turned on the master switch and reset the master GFI. He restored the electricity to all the outlets. However, because of the recurrent problems, he suggested that I call the electric company who installed an extra outlet in my bathroom. He said it might still be in warranty. Jeff was pleasant and courteous, obviously skilled and DID NOT CHARGE ME anything. I highly recommend Prewitt Electric, and Jeff in particular.
Paul with HR Phoenix is extremely knowledgeable about backup generators (that's what I was looking into). He knew exactly what we needed and was able to lay out an installation plan immediately. Communication with them was great and accurate. I look forward to working with them in the future!

I've been going to Sue for my hair cuts and color for 37 years because she is the best. She always does my hair perfect. Never too short. I won't let anyone else touch my hair but Sue at the Hair Mirage. It's always a very friendly atmosphere at the Hair Mirage. I love going there. Anything I want, Sue can do. I'm sure the other girls are just as talented but Sue is my favorite.

Our less than two year old Whirlpool 2 in 1 washing machine began making a metal on metal grinding noice and wouldn't wash clothes. One call to Guinco and they scheduled our repair one week out. Come that week and the service man showed up at the appointed time. Talon H. is very knowledgeable about the cause and repair of our Whirlpool washer. He fixed it in short time Did a couple of towels that were in the washer just to make sure it was working properly. We’ve had TruGreen Mosquito service roughly three years. There have been times a day or two later without any rain, we would have Mosquitoes back. My husband started to look for other services. Today, without question, Amanda L was the best service agent I have ever seen. Amazing attention to detail, very effective, thorough, and an incredible job. Spent more than double the time that other agents have spent here. Just fantastic!!! I will contact the company to find out how we can have her service the lawn on a regular basis, because this was extremely valuable, and completely worth the fee we pay!!!

I didn't even have to look for them. I needed a driver defense course and viola!...coupon in my mailbox! . The course is sooo affordable, and it's online! Couldn't be anymore convenient. Their customer service is top-notch as they were available to me 24/7. In the middle of the night I got locked out, called them and they took care of me...very professional and polite. They also offer several mailing options to fit your needs. Just don't wait till last minute to take it. Allow time to receive it via mail. Unless of course you wanna pay for express mail. Thank you!!
