Loni was great! We walked in for some adjustments and had a few questions as well. She absolutely killed it with the adjustments just by looking at our heads lol! My glasses became perfect again like its brand new!
I am an old man with a very recently stroke but with all my critical condition Beth was helping me and explaining every details patiently. She was very polite and helpful and I absolutely recommend this location visionworks for everybody .I would like to express my concern regarding an incident involving a staff member at your establishment. During my recent visit to pick up my grandson's glasses, I encountered a Caucasian lady without a name tag.
