I've been to other Stanton locations in the past and normally would not bother to review them because at best my other experiences would have been middle of the road at best. That being said, I went in again with low expectations but needing the convenience to just get an exam over with. However, when I came in to the Richardson location and met Zara, it was a completely pleasant experience. While I'm still not a fan of the virtual exam part, Zara was very professional and knowledgeable with the preliminary tests and took the extra time to double check the prescription and reassure that the virtual analysis was accurate and still giving me good results after... read full review

It was wonderful visiting the store for my friend's eye appointment. The sales rep in store was aswesome and helped us to get our requirments done. I just wanna say her "Thanks"for being sweet to us.

I had a fantastic experience at Shanton Opticals! Zara provided exceptional service from eye checkup to delivering the glasses. Her attentive care made me feel valuable customer. The pricing is incredibly reasonable, and the quality of service is top-notch. I highly recommend Shanton Opticals, especially for zara’s outstanding service.
