I recently had the pleasure of meeting Krissy Winston at your Richardson Eastside store. It was a pleasure but I was there because I made a major mistake, I cut a HUGE patch out of my hair the night before a major sales meeting. At the last minute I ran up to see her not ever having selected her I was just trying to get in. WOW, was a lucky she was amazing. I was freaking out obviously and she put me at ease. I was concerned we'd go too short to pass it off but I have had SO MANY comments about how great it looks. I would have never guessed this would have worked out this way it was AMAZING! I'm just floored by her skill, professionalism and genuine and engaging personality. I can't believe I'm about to type this but I'm actually glad I took a chunk out of the side of my hair, kudos to Krissy she's a fantastic representative of your company.

usually a good experience. I get the MVP and sometimes it's an invigorating and excellent scalp massage and other times it's more irritating than relaxing. Their app is working better now and that makes it easier to check in ... but sometimes it malfunctions and doesn't take your travel time into consideration.

Consuela cut my hair just the way I liked and was such a pleasure to speak with. I really liked how gentle she was and how carefully she made sure that she asked and understood my requests before chopping away.Highly recommend this place. The other lady working there seemed to be just as nice and respectful. Great vibes.
