It's finding providers like Richardson Family Eyecare that makes yelp so valuable. This is the best optical center I've ever been to. The optician was very thorough and took her time with me and clearly communicated the results of my eye exam. My insurance benefits were explained to me in detail and I was able to find a great pair of glasses in my budget. The quality of my glasses, which are progressive lenses, is perfect. I also tried on some contacts that were the most comfortable contacts I've ever worn. Kudos to these folks! Totally recommend!
Amazing customer service by both doctors and staff, especially Mr. Tri (the manager). They kept the store open late even though they were supposed to be closed at 6 PM. One year when my insurance was out of network, Mr. Tri matched my insurance in-network pricing, just to keep my loyalty. I was so impressed. Mr. Tri is very professional and well-versed in optometry knowledge. The doctors are super nice and accommodating. I will be a customer for life. Hope you love this place as much as I do.
