Definitely a great company, sincere and prompt to answer and deliver. I had the pleasure to work and have Roman come and efficiently assess my AC unit. Even when telling him the what another company quoted and said what was wrong, he took the time and effort to provide what was best for my unit problems. And specifically understood what was priority as well as discussing and furthering researching my AC units needs. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and I appreciate the honesty and detailed information that I received immediately. Truly an amazing individual and great company! Joseph has served our house twice now - three years apart. He was so friendly the first time, I remembered him the second.
He was prompt, communicative, professional, and kind. What else could we ask for? He addressed the problem with no attempts to upsell, wore shoe covers, was respectful, and personable. Maybe next time we will just call and ask for him by name! Thanks Joseph!
