Went to physical therapy here about 4 years ago for a lot of chronic pain, and really loved the entire process of getting educated advice and learning and practicing targeted exercises that would help my particular situation. I wish I could have kept going forever! Everyone was very nice and helpful, and I can imagine they haven't stopped being that way. I'm also looking into going back to physical therapy in the near future for pain as well, and definitely going to request this clinic when I do.

I signed up to participate in a COVID-19 study that wants to find out how and where it is spreading and why certain people are affected more than others. This is a collaboration between UT Southwestern and Texas Health. This review is in relation to the study. Everything was very well organized and sign up was easy online, the appointment check-in was fast and streamlined. My appointment was at 10:00, and I was in/out in 15 minutes! At check-in, everything is explained and you sign a few forms. An optional blood test is available if you want to participate in a more in-depth study. A free COVID-19 test is part of the study. You are handed a long swab and instructed to twirl it for 20 seconds in the upper part of your nose. It didn't hurt, kind of tickled. I guess it makes some people sneeze, so I was instructed to sneeze to the side if I had an urge to sneeze. COVID-19 results are provided in 3-4 days and you also receive a $20 gift card for your participation! Everything is sanitized between participants and the staff working this study was pleasant, professional and very friendly. Appointment times are spaced out 20 minutes apart, which was perfect! As one person left, a new one was arriving. Very excellent experience!
