(Translated by Google) Do not waste your time or money in this school, my father passed the computer course and then he had to go to take the classes in Mesquite he understands a little English but he does not speak it, unfortunately he had to take the classes with him Trainer APOSTAL WHITE. I have been toying with getting my 3WMC endorsement for awhile now and I am glad I finally took the leap. The only experience I had on any type of motorcycle, was as a passenger as a kid riding behind dad. Mac was absolutely great in alleviating any fears or concerns I had. I would recommend this class and Mac to anyone looking to learn to ride.
My wife and I signed up for a class at this training center. Two days before the class I got into a serious car accident, my suv was totalled and I had injuries on my head, arms and legs. I completely forgot about the class until the morning of the class when my reminder went off. We live a couple hours away in Tyler, TX. We got to the class 30 minutes late and the guy wouldn't give us a break, said that we should reschedule on Monday... it wasn't so much what he said but how he said it. He wasn't friendly. Then I called Monday and I explained what had happened and they said they won't help, that it'll be just like signing up for a new class. I feel that the staff can maybe attend a class on 'having empathy for other human beings'
