I called Dr. McVay's office to see if he had availability after getting the run around from other PT offices and being quoted a 6-12 month wait for my son to even get assessed. Dr. McVay was incredibly kind and concerned but said he didn't specialize in pediatric PT. However, he told me he would reach out to his network and call around to help me find someone else. Dr. McVay is the best!! I injured my ankle 2 weeks before my marathon which left me extremely worried I wouldn't be able to run the race. I was also worried to visit a clinic that would discourage me from continue training but this was not the case! I received great care and encouragement from Dr. McVay at his clinic and instructions on how to continue rehabing my ankle until the marathon. I completed the marathon with no ankle pain thanks to Dr. McVay! We will definitely be coming back and referring friends and family. The support needed to complete marathon training is very important and I'm so thankful we have McVay Physical Therapy & Wellness on our team!
