Wish they’d do away with virtual payment and do prepaid Visa cards again.
Since 2018 I never get approved for a study on the app by screening myself so I have to call once a week to get screened to qualify for a study which the screener has to get permission to do and it’s a timely thing. Please fix!
Since 2021 I'm seeing a lot more people come in that smell of body odor, cigarette and marijuana smoke and don’t get turned away.
It’s really hard to focus, smell product & answer the study questions when a person next to you reeks.
To have a points rewards system to earn gift cards in the app for screening yourself and referring people would be nice esp since most other local research study places offer that.
