This Gym has impacted my life in an amazing way. If it was not for the owner Victoria being so encouraging, and passionate about how fitness can change your life, I wouldn’t have challenged myself to do better. Immediately after signing up I went to Shawn class and his energy and workouts that he designs for the class to do are so engaging and fun.Taye classes are so diverse that I have worked out and strengthened areas I have never thought of. It has changed my mood at work, and I learned how to be disciplined with my time. I’m so happy that I joined the community.

I spent about 3 years at another gym and saw small results. Almost a year at JourneyFit I feel and am STRONGER! I also love the the gym is owned by a Black Woman! Coaches are great and informative. They'll work with you to reach your goals.
