I can't recommend Home Team Pest Defense enough. They are always professional and respectful of our property. Roger, the technician that usually services our home, took the time to share some helpful tips on how to reduce the amount of spiderwebs around our entryway. We had a serious pest problem when we first moved into our home. Our yard always had five or six fire ant hills, and we consistently found bugs in our home. When we first purchased the general pest control services from Home Team we noticed the number of fire ant hills in our yard dwindle to zero. My first encounter with Home Team was yesterday. Josh came to my home and before entering he put on shoe covers which I totally appreciated! To me, that shows respect for one's home. He was very professional and treated all areas and crevices inside as well as he effectively paid attention to all areas outside of my house and he cleared the spider webs and wasp nests (which are incredibly hard to knock down) I am curious to see how well their formula works. The outside of my home was crawling with black ants and some came inside. Thus far I have not seen one ant. Home Team has always performed with the utmost quality. Jonathan was very professional and the epitome of customer service. He showed me something on my home I would not have noticed that the builder missed. He is very pleasant. I moved here from Glorida and had Home Team since 2015. I was so excited to know they were located in Texas as well.
