Dr. Syeda Qadri

I have been going to Dr. Qadri for a while now and she is great at listening and giving options to help you feel comfortable. She also tells you straight forward plan of action or what needs to be done to improve any health related problems! I recently moved to her richardson location and it's great I love Mai (probably spelled it incorrectly I'm so sorry) the receptionist she has always been the best with communication either on the phone or in person. She is so sweet and hardworking. Always completes tasks. I have been to the Murphy location which is where I started and I am not a fan of the front desk or the customer service there at all. They also did not complete certain Referalls I needed or keep track of the correct updated insurance. It was a struggle to get those sent at first. I had to provide information several times which I understand once or twice but there was always an issue. I recommend the Richardson location and when you have an awesome receptionist it makes the visit so much better! Dr. Qadri is great and I will continue care with her at her Richardson location!
