Elizabeth was VERY informative and escalated my call to John who was also very helpful and transparent (well so far) when I had an issue with a double payment! I appreciated his call back by the end of the day and how quickly he’s handled my problem! (Well so far) if only the other customer service reps I had spoken to, had been as helpful! Thank you Elizabeth and John!
