    After dropping my documents off it was three months of poor communication and delays. It took them three months to do what H&R block did in 40 minutes. I regret having walked out of H&R block for a more "prestigious" accounting firm. After three months of just sitting on my case, they were able to get me the same results H&R block got me in 40 minutes. Waiting on the bill which will likely be 5x more than the service was worth. Avoid this firm. Still waiting on confirmation that my taxes have been filed. My last two emails got no response.
