I took my mom to an appointment here, and she was worried about her dental situation and kind of scared. The staff were so kind to her, and went out of their way to answer all her questions in great detail, and kindly repeated themselves for her so she understood everything. They understood that she has family coming into town and they said they could give her a new smile in time for them. Their kindess and understanding brought tears to her eyes. What she expected to be a embarrassing and stressful situation was completely the opposite. They treat their patients so well here. I had a great experience at Aspen Dental in Richardson, TX! Everyone there was exceptionally professional, and at the same time, very kind and friendly. I felt at home throughout. The Doctor and all of his Assistants were awesome! I had a great outcome, and my thanks to all!
After a crazy expensive estimate for pretty radical treatment, I ended up at Aspen. The entire staff was amazing and I felt so much better about what my options were and the best way forward for me. I’m very grateful!
