I reached out to a couple concrete companies to bid replacing the damaged section but never heard back.Adam noticed the parking lot damage and took it upon himself to provide us an estimate to replace the damaged asphalt with concrete without being contacted to bid the job. I felt his bid was fair and was really appreciative he went out of his way to provide us the estimate. I then talked to a couple people who gave him a good recommendation, which resulted in us deciding to use him for the job. Adam worked around our schedule to accommodate our needs and completed the project as agreed.
