These people are either out of business, still in business but very busy or just plain unprofessional because they never answered their phone and when I left a message, they never called back. Please don’t waste your time and call someone else. I hope this review helps thousands

Update: Our first call to Tidwell was answered quickly and the job completed the same day. We have called them for some additional work 2 WEEKS AGO and they keep telling me they will come out but never have and they have not called back.

Unfortunately, I have to recommend going to another plumber.

I called Lucio on numerous occasions and was able to get him to answer one time. I tried communicating with him via text and never responded. He said he would come by the house the next day and never showed up and never answered his phone. I’d rather him answer the phone and say ma’am I’m overwhelmed with work I can’t take on the job instead of telling me “I’ll be there tomorrow and he never shows up or calls. Poor business management. Do NOT recommend!!!Service: Drain unblocking
