Had a furnace issue so called Dave and the owner answered the phone and was extremely helpful and said I'd have service the same day - a rarity! I next spoke with April who was also very helpful and ultimately. Cameron showed up and was beyond helpful and courteous. Cameron also took the time to educate me on some things furnace related which I appreciated. Overall we will be using Dave's Heat and Air for our HVAC needs.

I highly recommend this company! Cameron was very professional and knowledgeable and made sure I was well informed about the issue. He even drove to Carrollton from Greenville and back for the part we needed and installed it fast and efficiently to get our AC back up and running on a hot summer day! We had another company come out the night before and quoted us $3000 for the same repair and couldn’t get it fixed for two weeks, Cameron got it fixed for 1/3 of that price and the same day! Again, I highly recommend Dave’s Heat and Air..we won’t be using anyone else from now on! I also want to add that he gave us advice on things we could do to make our current unit... read full review

Tyler’s our hero - highly recommend. He arrived on time, pinpointed the issue and fixed all within a half hour. He has a great sense of humor and very friendly. Definitely made us feel like we were in good hands. You saved us from 91 temps in our home. Will be using Dave’s going forward, hope to see Tyler again!
