“First experience & was a simple phone call. Still, they answered all my questions. Confirmed everything. Got me switched over. Knowledgeable about the app issues I've been having. Confirmed my account. Got me switched from the Allen location- where changing from mckinney to Allen was an entire process. Switching to Prosper took maybe 45 seconds lol. Another odd thing. She mentioned deals and promotions. I have promotions??? News to me. So it'll be nice to use that, even though some sales tactics are annoying we know do still have to offer. At times, you actually want them. Especially when it might be a discount or free upgrade. Happy for the customer service & friendliness here.“

“I had an amazing tan with Emily! The tan looked great and was naturally golden brown and not orange at all which is always a concern for me since I’m very pale. The tan lasted a lot longer than most spray tans (I’m almost 2 weeks past my appointment and it’s still there) and there were no streaks. Definitely will be coming back! I got compliments for a week straight so definitely a huge confidence booster coming here!“
