I just recently joined Sanctum Crossfit. It’s been an amazing experience so far! The coaches have gone out of their way to make adjustments because I'm just starting this new journey. If you are looking for a real challenge in a group setting with a-lot of support then Sanctum is your place!
Coach Mike is awesome. He brought in confidence within me when I don’t have any clue about how cross fit works. One of the best gym in Prosper area. All the gym coaches and the people around welcomes you warmly to the gym. And this is my first experi once with Cross fit. Very professional! I love it!
I love this gym and they just have an amazing community. Everyone is very warm and welcoming. There are many different levels/years of CrossFit training here and being new to this, I have had many people help me along the way. They have childcare and my kids look forward to going and playing. If you love group Fitness, but want to focus on gaining good muscle mass to live a long life, this is the place to go.
