Just became new patient, lives the first experience

After an excruciatingly painful weekend due to my cracked molar I went and was denied an extraction by my own dentist due to “not having time”. I went to Prosper Dental without an appointment and the front office run by Ashley, Kristie and Kailey were amazingly friendly and helpful. They got me in to see Dr. Trautmann right away and promised that they would help me. Dr. Trautmann and her assistant Iza were so compassionate and I could see they felt my pain. After the consultation, they sent me right away for an extraction that very same hour! I was and am still amazed at the love and care and professionalism Prosper Dental Health has shown me. My family and I have a new dental office that cares. Thank you so much.
