My wife and I had a fantastic experience at Palm Beach Tan! Shayna was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making us feel comfortable right away. The tanning options were great, and the salon was clean and well-maintained. We left with a beautiful tan and can't wait to return. Highly recommend!

First experience & was a simple phone call. Still, they answered all my questions. Confirmed everything. Got me switched over. Knowledgeable about the app issues I've been having. Confirmed my account. Got me switched from the Allen location- where changing from mckinney to Allen was an entire process. Switching to Prosper took maybe 45 seconds lol. Another odd thing. She mentioned deals and promotions. I have promotions??? News to me. So it'll be nice to use that, even though some sales tactics are annoying we know do still have to offer. At times, you actually want them. Especially when it might be a discount or free upgrade. Happy for the customer service & friendliness here.

Dylan is the absolute best! I had a situation at another PBT location and that location did not resolve it. I called Dylan at the Prosper location, as that is the location where I usually tan, he stepped up, he displayed leadership and amazing customer service skills. He resolved the issue and was so professional. I appreciate his leadership in resolving my issue and making me feel like a valued customer.Service: Tanning
