My mother has slight dementia, and today was a good day, and she was in a good mood, and she said OK to the treatment so off we went!... 5 minutes later.. Voila! She is a new woman... lol.. She said the process was painless and quick... People here are sweet and friendly, too... I myself have already gotten lasered her to toe, so no hair left to wax off or -- sugar off rather... But if you have hair and want to get rid of it... This is the place to go.. Their prices seemed very fair.. i think it was only $15 for the upper lip wax.. plus tip of course :-)“

“Terrible manegment. I was given a quote and got charged way more than what the quote I was guven .Then, the manager blamed it on the lady that provided the quote to me. What kind of manager does this? instead of taking responsibility that a customer should only pay for the quote and services requested. I had already a set on me. I only requested change of color and manicure. Then hidden fees like shaping and other stuff it ended in $92 dollars!!!. the initial quote was $62. I expressed my concerns and was not happy about this since my quote was $62. I think people are always afraid to speak up. This is a place that scams people,but because people that go here think to check on prices and services rendered should be charged double? Just because ...?? No. I do not plan to come back and I definitely don't recommend it.“
