They are great with everything. Juan will work with insurance and no insurance. Make sure you wash your car before taking it in, if it's really muddy or dirty. Makes it easier for them to tell what's damaged. Most importantly it helps the paint guy match and blend perfectly. I will tell you this. Juan is a great guy and I won't take my card anywhere else for body shop work or paint. My mom had a Lexus RX350. She kept scratching it on garage door. Would take it to Lexus. This place is a life saver for me! Had radiator problems and juans helped me greatly and took the time to show me the issue and the answers to solve it! The customer service was great as well. I can truly say if i have any other issues, i now know a good location with fair pricing around!

Our "old" truck has only has 65k miles. When we were recently rear ended, the insurance company initially tried to say it was a total loss. I was able to convince them to pay me an amount WITHOUT having to total it out, but the amount was less than the original estimate. Three big-brand shops didn't want to touch my truck and I was in a bind. I was referred to drive up to Princeton, and see Juan. I will let the pictures below show you how it turned out.
