Called A-1 Septic Service as they were referred to us by family. They were able to get us scheduled within 48 hrs to have our tank pumped as it was time. Dan and his helper were wonderful. They called with an ETA, were on time and got to work immediately. The service was efficient and at a great price. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Dan and his company are GREAT! I called in a bit of a panic on the Sunday after Thanksgiving because I am new to septic and we needed to get our system cleaned out. Dan talked me through a way that we could get through until he could get here today. He arrived today, and even earlier than expected and took care of everything. He also took the time to explain to me how the system works and what I can do to help it function properly. I will absolutely be using A-1 Septic going forward!
