Let me wax poetic about Texas Trophy and Roy for a minute. I was in a bind - like the kind where a house sale is going to fall through if I don't get someone out ASAP. I was up against rapidly falling temperatures, pre-holiday tight scheduling, and general seasonal craziness - plus a demanding buyer. All of the big names in Kingwood, the Woodlands and Houston were booked solid.But Roy? While his techs were all scheduled, HE agreed to do me a solid and come out - and didn't even charge me emergency pricing!I received a full report (electronically even), with pictures, and detailed observations. I was charged exactly what he promised - and everyone from myself to my demanding buyer were more than satisfied with the results.I couldn't recommend Texas Trophy MORE. Call them for exceptional service, complete honesty, and a professional service provided with no small measure of country charm.

Great company! I almost went through with a claim on my home warranty for my AC unit going out when Melissa helped me figure out that my repairs should still be repaired for free under warranty with the company that installed it. Texas Trophy is honest and Melissa is super sweet. She saved me money when it could have been easy for her to just let the claim go through. Thank you so much! When I need AC services, I will return to this company in the future.

I whole-heartedly recommend Texas Trophy. Couldn't ask for better service from the moment I spoke to the knowledgeable and pleasant lady in the office until the cold air started blowing in my home. Everyone went above and beyond to take care of my family. Time was of the essence since my elderly mother lives with us.
