I can not recommend Raul Ramirez of IFS Master Plumber more. Not only does he accurately diagnose the issue, but he is incredibly clear about the solution and cost. We have used him from gas leaks, to back flow valve issues and all work has been done in a timely manner with incredibly clean work.

IFS removed one our toilets and replaced the seal. This was about a week ago, and no leaks, no odor, no issues from his work. Recalked around the toilet...looks great. Would definitely use him again. Very professional, cleaned up his work area, everything you want someone working in your house to be.
