“Fixed a cavity with a crown for my very anxious and fussy 5 year old. Everyone at this location is very friendly and caring (and knowledgeable!). They also gave me an exact cost with no surprises at the end. The only drawback is they are booked weeks in advance for sedation, but they are worth the wait. If they were closer to home they would be our regular dentist“

“The lady in the front office doesn't know how to do her job as in NEVER acknowledged my existence and made me wait forever with a long line behind me The people standing behind me were not happy either. It doesn't look good on your part when you have a long line in the dentist office and you don't even acknowledge the patients The dentist office is very unprofessionally including the dentist himself. I was told by a gynecologist at Mayo Clinic in Minneapolis that a dentist MUST check my mouth for what I've been diagnosed with The dentist refused to read my paperwork while sitting in the dentist chair and told me it's not really a big deal to check my mouth for what could be in my mouth and I should stay out of Minneapolis That is extremely unprofessional as a dentist and RUDE. On top of that one of the dental hygienist started gossiping about me in the dentist office to all her employees On top of that the dental hygienist who was gossiping about me kept coming in the room that I was in. This is the MOST unprofessional dentist office I've ever encountered I don't recommend this place at all and the dentist is VERY unprofessional as well this is how you lose business“
