I called and was able to get an appointment within an hour. I don't have insurance so was quoted a price and told that any tests would be an additional charge. Immediately from scheduling my appointment to being seen I was treated with such care. What an absolutely amazing staff! I ended up needing a shot and was told the price upfront so no surprise charges. I cannot recommend this office enough. Nobody wants to visit an urgent care when on vacation but if you do then know that you are in good hands at this facility. Thank you to everyone involved in my care ❤️

I was very pleased with the quickness in getting an appointment. The staff was very friendly and professional, especially Correll. Upon check in I advised the nurse my primary purpose of my visit was to get my BP meds refilled. I have been out on an RV trip for several weeks when my BP started escalating with typical symptoms. I was taken off my bp meds last fall so my PC would not refill without seeing me and having bloodwork done: I went an Urgent Care and received my meds. The prescription was only for 30 days. I have been to Tropical Health Care several times. All were good experiences and have recommended to friends. Everyone was professional and helpful. Recently I had issues with getting an MRI at North Brownsville Imaging. Corel (sp?) went above and beyond to straighten things out with the insurance company. Thanks for being such a big help!
