I spent $40 on shampoo and conditioner that smelled horrible!! I went to return with my receipt in hand and they tell me they don’t take refunds! I’m beyond frustrated and feel ripped off. I will never return here to buy my products.

This place doesn't even deserve one star , horrible customer service all around...these people Do Not listen to the paying customer at all!!!!! Ruined my hair and thought by redoing the whole process would fix it!!!!.,hello you can't go back and reprocess without burning/ruining hair!!!!!! I ended up cutting off all my hair basically because of these place!!!!! I never returned nor do I let my kids or husband go there!!!!

Worst experience ever the man didn't know how to cut hair or what he was doing. It's was really sad and the woman that was working was too busy gossiping with customers to help him or stop him from completely ruining my hair.
