Our rescue dog Champ is very happy to be with us for the last 3 1/2 years, but when he gets his ear infections he’s not happy at all. From the kind greeting from Ella to the friendly staff and doctor, Champ left feeling taken care of! Thank you everyone ?

We are new to the area so this was our first visit to this office. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor were very welcoming and so sweet and loving toward our dog. Our dog is a rescue and every time we’ve taken him to the vet it the past he peed all over me and shivered in terror the entire time. Somehow he made friends with everyone there and wasn’t afraid at all. They have him shots, cleaned his ears, trimmed his nails all with no problem. The doctor was very thorough and open to all the questions. They really took care of him and now we don’t have to feel anxiety about taking him to the vet. 10/10 I would recommend this place. I’m from Brownsville and our vet at Boca Chica Animal Hospital refused to see our pet Lucy. I called PI Animal Clinic to see if they could examine my her. They not only said yes, they stayed open 20 extra minutes to give us time to get there. They have excellent customer service and explained every detail to us!! We will be forever grateful. Thank you and God Bless you and your staff. My dog, Lucy, is going great. MANY THANKS!
