The ladies do a good job, but twice now I've had issues with the online check-in system bumping me out of my appointment prematurely.It's incredibly frustrating to check-in online, drive across town, arrive 2 minutes before the Recommended Arrival Time, stand in line at the counter to check in, and then see your name bumped back to a 28 minute wait time on the big screen as I'm entering my info.Again, the managers and the stylists do good work, but the system needs some tweaks.
Better service than the one in Orange. I'm starting to get a "Widow's Peak" and she blended and cut my hair to where you can't really see it. 5/5 and would recommend this location to anyone.
