Great barber, great prices, great atmosphere! He is the most professional caring barber I know. If you are looking for a reasonably priced clean cut Mr. Raymond is your man. Don't take my word, try it out for yourself you will not be disappointed!
The very best Barber that I know. He has been cutting my hair for fifty years. I do not know anyone that can edge your hairline with a razor like Mr. Raymond. If you are in Port Arthur Tx try him. He has the most reasonable prices around Port Arthur.
