I've been coming to this place for years..After Tracy left I was very skeptical about coming to this place Kelly the owner is very rude she has her picks of ppl that she likes. I'm surprised that this place is still in business. Her customer service is really bad she doesnt speak to her customers and if you're a plus size person you may wanted to avoid this place.. I have witnessed numerous of times she singling out women that's on the heavy side about her chairs. She told one customer if you over 350 pounds no pedicure for you..Wow..I felt really bad for that customer and she did it in front of everyone. The lady who did my nails was very judgmental. none of my nails looked the same, they all were different in shape and length. and she didn’t even go all the way to my cuticles so the nails looked like they needed a full as soon as i got themService: Dip powder
