“I previously had a roofer that did some shoddy work installing a "new" roof. What I received was a scratch and dent roof by the time they were finished. I had Janis Ortiz and her team come by to give me an estimate on repairs because the original roofer refused to come out. Janis gave me an extremely reasonable price, went out of her way to get the correct shingles to repair areas that were done incorrectly and got up there HERSELF with her partner to do the repairs. “I am a returning customer.Though it had been several years since I had SolSolutions installed gutters and guards, I was pleasantly surprised that Greg remembered me and was eager to help me replace a picture window that was broken. I had tried to work with the company that had installed the window originally but I couldn't even get a bid. After over a month. of frustration, I realized that SolSolutions replaced windows and doors, so I called and Greg was out within days. He did inform me that it would be a couple of weeks for a bid due to the manufacturer. I got the bid when expected. I got a better window at a lower price. When i asked him to move forward, he gave me an eta of the window, it did get pushed back due to the ice storm but installed shortly after. Install went great. Watch out for scare tactics and assertions of competitors having inferior products and service. My project included 24 windows. John Allen was recommended by 2 of my personal friends who used him on their homes. Professional salesman who knows his product and industry. The windows are manufactured in Flower Mound Tx. I accepted his quote and met with his GM Tony to set up the order at their Richardson Tx office. They sent Pat to measure my windows for accuracy. Very meticulous man. Order was placed and delivery of windows was 4 weeks. Shelly called to confirm date of installation. My installation crew was Raphael and Kevin. For 2 days they worked as a well oiled machine removing each existing window and prepped opening for new window. Care and skill made the experience very impressive.
