“I am a returning customer.Though it had been several years since I had SolSolutions installed gutters and guards, I was pleasantly surprised that Greg remembered me and was eager to help me replace a picture window that was broken. I had tried to work with the company that had installed the window originally but I couldn't even get a bid. After over a month. of frustration, I realized that SolSolutions replaced windows and doors, so I called and Greg was out within days. He did inform me that it would be a couple of weeks for a bid due to the manufacturer. I got the bid when expected. I got a better window at a lower price. When i asked him to move forward, he gave me an eta of the window, it did get pushed back due to the ice storm but installed shortly after. Install went great.
