I accepted his quote and met with his GM Tony to set up the order at their Richardson Tx office. They sent Pat to measure my windows for accuracy. Very meticulous man. Order was placed and delivery of windows was 4 weeks. Shelly called to confirm date of installation. My installation crew was Raphael and Kevin. For 2 days they worked as a well oiled machine removing each existing window and prepped opening for new window. Care and skill made the experience very impressive. “I am a returning customer.Though it had been several years since I had SolSolutions installed gutters and guards, I was pleasantly surprised that Greg remembered me and was eager to help me replace a picture window that was broken. I had tried to work with the company that had installed the window originally but I couldn't even get a bid. After over a month. of frustration, I realized that SolSolutions replaced windows and doors, so I called and Greg was out within days. He did inform me that it would be a couple of weeks for a bid due to the manufacturer. I got the bid when expected. I got a better window at a lower price. When i asked him to move forward, he gave me an eta of the window, it did get pushed back due to the ice storm but installed shortly after. Install went great. I had Janis Ortiz and her team come by to give me an estimate on repairs because the original roofer refused to come out.
