Racist! They had me wait 45 mins to then tell me they can’t do my “type” of hair. I do not have kinky or unmanageable hair. They told me it was going to be a certain price to just wash and blow dry and when the hairstylist saw me he said it was going to be almost double and that he’s never done my type of hair. As a hairstylist you’re only taught to deal with 1 type of hair?? Horrible experience

BEWARE!!!!Terrible work by owner Vicki. I asked for ombre showed her the color and said oh yea sure I can. I didn't think to ask her if she's done it before but that's a mistake I will never do again. From the very beginning she applied it incorrectly and I don't know hair techniques but she literally added bleach to the ends and covered in foil. There was no blending nothing but I thought I'll hope for the best When she was done it was a dark yellow very unnatural color. She then said she could fix it with more toner. At this point it was a lost cause and I just wanted to get out of there so I told her I didn't like it but I wasn't going to waste more time there. completely incorrect. There was a line and the color was horrendous but she thought it looked fine and she didn't bother to ask to fix it. My hair got so damaged I ended up cutting 2/3 inches off and the yellow was impossible to take out I had to go dark again. She can do simple cuts but colors I would stay away. I wouldn't go again or recommend anyone to go there.
