The tile we ordered is gorgeous and seems to be well-packaged as I haven’t seen any broken pieces. However, we received no communication from the store about our order and after a week went by, I finally called to see what the status was. I was told the order was ready to be picked up, which was good news but odd that I had to call to get that update. My husband said that when he picked it up, it seemed as though everyone working there wished they weren’t there. Maybe some of the processes and company culture need to change.

Excellent help, knowledgeable staff, super fun experience. Lesley Vazquez assisted me during several visits while I selected and decided on my tile choices. She has a great design flair - seek her out to help you! I know I tried her patience, but she was always courteous, kind, and kept a great sense of humor. I also had the pleasure to work with Jamie and Michelle - both super helpful, kind, and happy to assist when Lesley wasn't available. I definitely recommend The Tile Shop and should have photos to share once my remodel is complete. Shop here - you will not regret it!!!
