This wonderful gem of a Yoga studio in Plano, Tx, has a great selection of classes and workshops. The studio is clean, warm, and inviting. I just attended the Vision Board workshop led by one of their lovely yoga teachers Heather Hopper. She was funny, kind, and knowledgeable. Her regular yoga classes are well attended too!
Been practiced for over an year.Give 5 Star to this amazing studio.I LOVE instructors and its ambiance. It's also very clean and well organized. Instructors are all knowledgeable, accommodating and endlessly patient!If you are in neighborhood, want to try Yoga, highly recommend here. @thematyogastudio
The Mat yoga studios (Dallas & Plano) have been my yoga home for 5+ years. The variety and levels of classes provide a way to grow my physical and mental practice at my pace. There is even a virtual class schedule that allows practice on those days you can’t get to the studio. And of course, the instructors are superb, well versed in cuing and modifications to provide the most accessible yoga experience possible.
