Great experience. Friendly, patient and knowledgeable. This was our first time buying a quality safe...and we wouldn't do it through anyone else. Texas Safe and lock were so great from start to finish.
If I need another locksmith, I will call TX Lock & Key. Scott did a great job installing and rekeying locks. I got quotes from 4 locksmith and I'm glad I chose TX Lock & Key. Pricing was fair and the service was excellent. If you need a locksmith, I would not hesitate to call this company. Hopefully, I will not need another locksmith soon. But, if I do, TX Safe & Locksmith will be on my speed dial.
I had the pleasure of speaking with Thomas over the phone. From the beginning he was very knowledgeable and his customer service skills were on point. After contacting many other locksmiths which either did not call back or flat out told us they could not help us open our safe, Texas Safe and Lock was very confident they could help us.
